There are known instances of users attempting to click on a top level navigation tab (Admin, Suppliers, etc…) and being returned to the login screen. Additionally, customers who should have access to the ‘Live Report’ button due to their location or contract are finding that it is not available on the Supplier Profile page.
Some of my co-workers are able to create Public Folders and Alert Profiles and I’m not able to – can you help?
I’m monitoring the same supplier as my co-workers, but we don’t all receive the same alerts. Why is that?
