Pratt’s Stats now reports transactions by the book value of total assets and transactions by the market value of total assets separately. In light of this change by Pratt’s in January 2016, First Research shifted to reporting transactions by the market value of invested capital (MVIC). This change has resulted in a higher number of captured transactions, and a more accurate snapshot of an industry’s acquisition multiple data.

Quarterly Industry Alerts offer at-a-glance industry insight directly to your in-box. Keep up-to-date on latest critical issues and business trends and engage prospects in strategic business discussions. The font is a standard size for websites, but if you want to increase the size of the font, you can either increase zoom percentage on your browser or lower the resolution on your monitor from your display control panel.
